We are MFA.
Our thesis is simple: fitness fuels life. And we back brands that get it.
In a saturated fitness market, we look for visionary brands that value durability over hype. Guided by our investment canvas as our north star, we invest in businesses committed to making health and fitness accessible.
The most important question we ask is simple: are you making the world healthier in a real and meaningful way?

Sharad Chandramohan
Sharad brings two decades of experience in fitness technology to MFA Growth. He began building mobile fitness apps in 2008, then co-founded and led Trainerize — helping define the online training category and scaling the company through hyper-growth to its acquisition by ABC Fitness (a Thoma Bravo company). He later joined ABC’s executive team, overseeing mobile platforms that engage millions of members across clubs and studios globally Today, through MFA Growth, Sharad invests in longevity and healthspan-focused brands, guided by a simple belief: fitness and health should be accessible for life.
Divya Thakore
Divya is pursuing her ACE Group Fitness certification and studying movement, longevity and heart rate variability (HRV), focused on training as the body ages. Movement has been a lifelong discipline, shaped by serious dance training from age four through her work as a dancer and choreographer. During the pandemic, she led digital group fitness classes that grew organically as people lost access to gyms and needed a reliable way to move and reset. Through MFA, she invests with the same mindset she trains: responsible, adaptive, and built for the long game.
